Monaca Borough- Zoning Ordinance Amendment
Council of the Borough of Monaca will conduct a Public Hearingo n Tuesday, April 27th 2021 in Council Chambers at the Municipal Building, 928 Pennsylvania Avenue, Monaca, PA 15061 at 7:00PM to receive public comment in consideration of the adoption of a text and map amendment to the Monaca Zoning Ordinance to change the Planned River Oriented Development DIstrict ("PROD") to R-3 Residential District and to allow Bed and Breakfast use as a conditional use in teh R-3 Residential District.
Copies of the draft of the Proposed Zoning Ordinance Amendments are available for public inspection during regular business hours, Monday-Friday at the Municpal Building (address above) or on the Borough Website (view here).
