Business District Authority

The Council of the Borough of Monaca hereby finds and determines the improvement of the Business District by the creation of the Monaca Business District Authority, which is desirable for the entire Borough of Monaca and hereby defines said Business District for the purposes contemplated by this article as the area within the Borough of Monaca which is presently zoned commercial and/or contains generally commercial uses.
